Easy access from the path near the Public Toilets, can reach within 5 minutes. Small viewpoint for about 3-4 persons, get a glimpse of Hokitika Gorge lower suspension bridge and the actual destination. It's beautiful as ever.

However, the path stops here and is closed till October 2024 (per DoC website), so, will need to go to the Hokitika Gorge Track to get to it, where its starting point is at...

Unfortunately we went during a very wet time and the gorge water was grey. Nice short walk.
