Ordered 3x lots of corn nuggets, 2 scoop of chips, two hotdogs, two fish, chicken burger and a cheese which when I got there paid $31 got home only had 3 corn nuggets so called up they said they would fix it got back and asked I pay for them which is okay but claimed I paid for the original 3 only at a discounted rate. I did the math off of their menu not only was that not true but my order should have come to 25 something when I asked for my order slip the lady grabbed it and showed me my whole order and I said I have done the math and it doesn't add up this didn't help as she just refused it. This is my favourite fish and chip shop in Ashburton I love how the chips are cooked with a hard crisp outside and a soft fluffy inside they always have my favourite fish everything is fresh and taste beautiful especially loves getting fresh raw fish for the smoker or Roe the burgers are delicious and very filling the customer service is great and always willing to help and have a bit of a joke a good place to just stop for a quick meal or to get dinner for a few people highly recommend this fish...

Travelled up from Queenstown and was welcome by the male worker who was friendly and engaging. When asked the female worker if they had garlic chips response was negative and dismissive with her response and the customer service was not what we expected and there was no empathetic appologie considering this was on their website.
