While holidaying in Central Otago tasted to most amazing house Merlot and had to ask to see the label. When we arrived in Alexandra looked up Thyme Hill Vineyard and called Inge. He was so gracious and set up a tasting for us. The tasting blew me away! four years of Merlot, each very different and each excellent quality. Inge is a Merlot artist. We had such a lovely afternoon with Inge, enjoying a wine tasting that was both educational and memorable. This tasting was different from what we're used to, which was really nice. Inge was with us the whole time, which made it feel like an intimate event. We enjoyed the experience and learned a lot.
