Definitely a must see !! I didn't do any volcano boarding while I was there , it was too hot and there was already a group at the top , but non the less it was amazing to take in the scenery . The deep black color of the sand and rock contrasts sharply with the green foliage of the trees and grass . Facing this enormous volcano and black sand dunes feels like a different planet .Check in at the main gate was quick and easy and the staff was welcoming and explained the area in detail . Went here with a local guide, who is an independent contractor with a group tour that I booked. It's great that we went early in the morning so we had the whole volcano to ourselves and avoided the scorching sun.
