SINSA Matagalpa — Local services in Matagalpa

Owned or affiliated by Ace Hardware, Sinsa is the closest to my idea of the "big box" hardware store, but still far from it. Compared to say a Home Depot it is miniscule and it's available inventory on hand is lacking. Common items you might expect to just be there are head scratching NOT. Not trying to demean, just fact. I accept that in a poor country, inventory management is crucial. Despite its shortcomings, Sinsa is still my go to store. And, I must mention, unlike its counter-parts in the west like Home Depot, you will not have to spend ridiculous amount of time trying to find someone to help you. I have found the staff here are both numerous and helpful. Finally, price points will surely be effected by import costs. But, if you need it, you just need it. Swallow hard and Make it...

Pésimo servicio, Mi hermana había llegado el dia viernes a comprar ceramicas, y el estilo que eligio le dijeron que no tenian la cantidad que ella queria a lo cual le manifestaron que si podia llegar el lunes que le traerian la cantidad solicitada, llego hoy y encima de que no le tenian la cantidad completa a como lo habia encargado, se dilataron 2 horas en atenderla, 2 horas, cuando el material ya estaba pagado, encargado y aun asi no la atendían, por estar platicando entre ellos mismos, que servicio mas pésimo el que brindan, miran a las personas como si fueran cualquier cosa, cuando por esas personas es que tienen un salario, porque sin clientes esa...

Es cierto que los precios son altos, entre 15 -25% más caro que otras ferreterías locales. Aún así es el lugar para resolver las necesidades para construcción y remodelación. Atención profesional, buen inventario, excelente horario aunque aún podrían mejorarlo más, aprecio que tengan baño disponible para los clientes y siempre en condiciones impecables de limpieza, tienen café disponible y si no tienen lo que busco lo mandan a pedir sin...
