Firstly, I must commend the effort put into creating such a fantastic outdoor family-friendly experience. The facility is truly impressive, and it's evident that a lot of investment went into making it enjoyable for visitors. However, I must express some disappointment with the overall customer service experience. I think after invest so much in setting up a place like this, more investment should also go into developing staff competency. The customer service experience for me was not up to par. The staff seemed overwhelmed, the game Arcade they don't try to reach out to you, they are busy gisting and not paying attention to customers walking through, not until you call their attention (maybe this is not typical though maybe it's just the day I visited) but not cool. Also, I got my kid to play a bike race game for 1500 naira, and I was surprised when, in about 60 seconds or so, it was all over. I watched in awe and asked, "Is that it? You mean 1,500 is gone in just less than 2 minutes?" Of course, I don't expect the kid to stay there all day (laughs), but that less than 2 minutes doesn't make sense at all. The others games we tried were also nice, horse riding and Virual Reality. In all sha,.. Good location Good parking Good dining for large and small groups Just up your game in developing the competency of your staff, don't just instruct them, provide training, and also pls improve my kids bike race...

My wife and I took our 2 boys, 5 and 2½ there this afternoon on our first visit.

The motorcycle rides were too expensive ar N1500 for about 3min ride. Carousel was ok for N1000. Cars were ok but time again is too short.

Lets talk about the food. We ordered 2 plates of fried rice and jollof and 2 sharwamas; 1 chicken and 1 beef and a plate of small chops. We repeated the order to the lady 3 times that we want 2 sharwamas: 1 chicken and 1 beef. No meat or chicken with the rice since they were for the kids and they hardly eat meat/chicken.

She brought us 2 plates of rice with 1 cold fried dried chicken and 1 beef sharwama. Upon inquiry, she said she thought we meant fried chicken not sharwama.

The cold chicken was fried till it became 'wood' and it was dry and tasteless. And we were charged N1690 for just the piece of chicken. So disappointing! The fried rice tasted old like it had sat for hours. The sharwama was just average. Nothing special.

The small chops and snacks sits on the counter directly in front of the various customers. Not hygienic in this pandemic era. Please redesign that presentation.

I'll rate the food 2 out of 10. And the arcade 6 out of 10. We'll go back for the arcade but definitely won't be eating there...

I was there during the Christmas festivities and I was amazed at how big the place was. I love how the interior was so spacious and in my head, you can't find this kind of space in Lagos. Lol.

The staff there were polite, and the food was tasty. I was there sitting with my friends and no one came to take our orders. Then I realized that you'll have to go and your order yourself.

The day I went, there was a wedding happening in the hall upstairs plus the Christmas festivities, the whole of Benin were there on that day so there was difficulty parking🤣. Everywhere was quite chaotic but they have a very large parking space outside.

Overall, It was a beautiful place and I enjoyed my time there. I will go there again where next I...
