This is a beautiful plaza gwarimpa. It's well situated and easy to access, though the packing space little and it tends to get tight during rush hours, it houses other restaurants and bars, shops and mini Marts. Folyn Bakery is no longer here. Neither is the Folyn Houseware store or the Folyn Ice Cream plant. I hear they increased the rent. That explains why everything is so expensive there.

I would say they have some premium houseware stuff at the other store. The wine shop is great. I have never gone upstairs. But if the rent is that high, the clientele must also be up there.
