I bought a Samsung double door refrigerator digital inverter 320l from U and U in June 2019. By March 2020 ,the refrigerator developed fault, not chilling at all. I called customer service to send repair team to pick it up. They did. Two days later, I called their customer service to know when my fridge will be ready for pick up and where it is. The lady kept being unprofessional. She kept giving me silly excuses of lock down limitation due to covid 19.She told me she didn't know the service center she took my fridge to. When I pressed further, she told me the fridge was in good condition now. That was around two weeks after the delay. It took them a whole one month to repair my fridge. When I came to pick up my fridge, I nearly cried. My fridge had dents, scratches. In fact it was as if they were tossing my fridge up and down the floor and hard surfaces.
