It is truly an amazing place! But I guess no longer a real secret, but still OK. I went there for an overnight stay from Sunday 23th of July till Monday, and there were 8 tents at Vetvika, 6 along the beach and 2 closer to the lake on the grass. So I wasn‘t alone but there is plenty of space, so it‘s OK. But one thing I didn‘t know is, that some parts of the way are very wet. Especially on the longer way back along the lake. But later too. And also on the shorter way right above the beach where it‘s steep. So I guess it depends if there was rain the days before, but I would recommend good waterproof hiking boots. Mine where rather light and so I got wet feet already after 15min. I add some pictures, but it‘s a bit hard to see. Sometimes there are stones to walk on, but sometimes it‘s just grass and you just walk and hope. Ah and by the way, I‘m not a very fit person but I guess my fitness level is OK, and I needed 2,5h there and 3h back.

We had a really though hike here, because the day before it was raining really hard. But we still made it. In the rain the trails were really muddy and covered in water. Rivers were flowing everywhere. The rocks in the descend part where really really slippery and the last part to the bay was flooded by the lake which was overflowing. The bay itself was really pretty and we had a great sunset there. We camped over night here and hiked back in the morning. Sometimes the trail signs are pretty hard to find or see, but there are many signs so usually you are able to follow the path.
