A nice and smaller place for skiing and rambling. We have been doing some alpine skiing over the years and have always adored the wonderful nature. Itâs also not very crowded because there are only 2 buses a day which take you from Lillehammer (and back). Unfortunately, the services provided are not that great. You can still buy a lift card personally- they have very nice staff there- but thatâs almost it. There is no inside room to put on your gear (like shoes) and you cannot put your bags in a locker (like in Hafjell). We just left it outside and were happy it wasnât taken away. But the shoes became really cold. Then, during the week there is just one cafe thatâs open (Treffen). If the weather is bad, you can only ski in a very limited area, and this year (2025) there isnât enough snow for one part of the skiing area. On the plus side, there are very few people and you have ample space- and the snow is often better due to the higher altitude. Je kunt goed wandelen in de omgeving. de weg er naar toe is slecht, en denk erom, er staat zo een kudde koeien of schapen op de weg. Sommige zijn uitgerust met een bel om hun nek, wat er voor zorgt dat je 's nachts moeite hebt om in slaap te komen en 's ochtends ruw uit je slaap wordt gewekt. Omgeving is wel prachtig.
