We came asking for eclairs and didn't find them. So took away waffles. These were good. So we came right back and demanded to be called when eclairs were prepared. And we took some nice looking cake home. Those were also good. As I am typing this, I am sitting outside in the front yard enjoying the masala te ( asked for it to be made with milk). It is top notch, the spices and the sweetness of honey remind my wife of the mountains of India, where we are from. I had to move inside the cafe as it started raining. The cafe is cozy. So I had a ceasers salat and the wife had a eggs Benedict. Both were superbly made and it was all fresh. I have added photos but they can't really pass the feel of the food in the mouth, the perfectly balanced taste and that wonderful feeling of having all the senses satiated at the end. We will be...

Best espresso in Grimstad. Tasty and surprinsing food. Clean and cozy place. Sunny people. Cold water in summer time. Roses on the tables. You have to try goulash, its a must, its hard to find a better one in Transylvania, Romania. You also have to try the quiche selection. You also have to try egg Benedict. Tania organised the tea for my little girls’ batism. It was amazing and I didnt need to worry about a thing. There was a lovely atmosphere, candles and beautiful flowers. The food was beautifully presented, tasty and loved by all the guests. 100% recommend Symbio if you are celebrating a special event or just want an intimate setting for dinner....
