This island is an absolute gem of natural beauty. Its serene and peaceful ambiance makes it an ideal destination for a leisurely stroll, and the charming traditional small houses that dot the landscape only add to its allure.

If you're seeking a quick escape from the city's hustle and bustle, I highly recommend a visit to this picturesque island. It's a delightful way to experience a slice of traditional Norway without venturing too far from the...

You cannot do barbecue or camping anywhere except for 1 common barbecue place.. our football got stuck in the middle of a small water body and we couldnt recover it as it was deep and muddy.. i would say Hovedoya is a better place for a sunny day picnic...

It a great place to experience the real Norway without going away from Oslo. Only some minutes away by a public boat from the center of Oslo. Full of green, ideal for a weekend trip or a morning walk. There you will enjoy the nature and see the tradiyional houses of some locals who use them for vacation. Higly recomended for families and couples! The boat trips are quite often but yoy can also...
