Poor maintenance and bad customer service!

Slopes are short and not very steep. Ok for beginners. Only one lift (except the kid lift).

But the problem this time was:

I bought a full day ticket for 430 NOK and tok 3 runs. Then the lift stopped due to a mechanical failure. From what I heard a bearing had to be replaced.

When there is only one lift, you are depending on it to run.There are no alternatives. They don't seem to have a proper maintenance system. This bearing failure should be discovered and fixed with regular inspection and maintenance. Running until something breaks is not acceptable when there are people in the lift. And customers that have payed. I hope everyone got off the lift safely. Lift stopped several times on my first rides too. So they probably had a suspicion. Maybe the lift had these stops before I arrived. I dont know. Spare part bearing was not available. They had to go somewhere to get it. They should keep a minimum of spare parts. And bearings should be included. They can only refund your ticket if it was not used. Even if it's their own fault. Ride one or more runs before the stop and no refund. Excellent customer service. Is this even legal? I asked in the ticket booth if this ticket was valid in Hafjell and they confirmed that. I know it was like that earlier. So instead of waiting in the overcrowded and overpriced restaurant for the repair which could take the rest of the day, I went to Hafjell just to discover the card did NOT work. Excellent, again.

If you can choose ski resorts, I strongly recommend going...

Majake kus ma asun on päris hea koha peal. Autoga saab ilusti ligi (bussi peab kaugemale parklasse jätma). Lähimast tõstukist umbes 200m (piletiostu koht on kaugemal. Maja ise 5-kohaline. Ühes toas 2-ne voodi ja teises 2-ne koos nariga. Suur elutuba koos köögiga. Pliit, mikroahi, nõudepesumasin jne kõige vajalikuga. Elutoas televiisor ja väike kamin-ahi. Pesuruum koos pesumasina ja kuivatiga. WC, dušš ja saun ka! Muidu hea privaatne väike majake, aga... Toad on väga külmad (talv ikkagi)! Pärast tuli välja, et oleks pidanud sellest veast teatama ja oleks korda tehtud (mõnes teises majas sama probleem oli). Elutuba ja pesuruum soojad. Aga teki all on täitsa soe (väga head soojad tekid). Tubades vabu elektripesasid ei ole, et näiteks telefoni laadida! Ainult elutoas. Majas ei ole (suusa-) riiete kuivatamiseks kohta, ega nagisid!!! Kasutasime sauna koos pesukuivatusrestiga (aga ärge sauna kuumaks laske, riided sulavad ära! Meil peaaegu...). See suusakeskus sobib väga hästi murdmaasuusatajatele, sest radasid on väga erinevaid ja kogupikkusega vist 300km! Aga hea keskus ka mäesuusatajatele.
