A lovely, large and steep waterfall and a lovely walk from the top little parking place. Definitely recommended to stop here on the road, especially during sunset when nobody’s around.

Norveç’in en bilinen şelalelerinden biri imiş. Yerel halk arasında Brudesløret (“Gelin Duvağı”) adıyla da anılıyormuş. Yol kenarına çok yakın olduğu için araçla giderken kolaylıkla görebilirsiniz. Ayrıca küçük bir otopark ve seyir noktası da var. Bergen yakınındaki şelaleler içinde en çok ziyaret edilenlerden biri imiş . Özellikle yazın turist otobüsleri burada mola veriyor.

Very convenient access from parking bay on main road. Well worth a visit for the tragic history (see memorial on the decent) as well as the falls especially after rain. Picnic tables at base of waterfall and modern toilet at top. Walk from the toilet about 3 minutes along the old unused road to the top of the falls to see the gun emplacement and read about the battle that took place. No parking or...
