One of the best half-day hikes I've ever had - even in rainy October weather! Well-marked and maintained trail. Lot's of varied terrain and viewpoints. Took the ferry from Bergen, did the hike up to Burasi, and made it back to the ferry with time to spare.

Det er meget god sti som er fint merket hele veien. Sherpaer har lagt opp trinn og dette gjÞr turen enda mer tilgjengelig for mange flere. Underveis er det benker som passer for en rast eller pause. Derfor gÄr det fint an Ä ta familien med her. Hvis man vil, sÄ er det andre nedfarter Ä velge blant. Kjekt med rando om vinteren. Veldig fint tilbud med hytte pÄ toppen. Er pÄ ny tur i mai 2024, med ski touring/rando-utstyr. Vakkert!

Super cool hike you can start right in Balestrand! We decided to go on a super hot day, and left at 10.00. Got to the top by 12.30, and it was a steep hike up through trees and some stone stairs. The other half down is wooded and piney. Took about 5 hours 45 min in total...
