Royal Honda — Local services in Rawalpindi Cantonment

Bad experience to visit royal Honda for services. Had obtained the summer package. First, I had to wait as they don’t have proper infrastructure like other Honda dealerships. Just like a local workshop, they were busy in servicing their own cars on ramps like Suzuki alto , Corolla etc. very dusty environment. Even a local workshop layout would be much better. No staff dedicated for repair bay. No cameras installed. I had to be vigilant to see if any of my parts is picked up or changed as different staff roaming here and there. Supervisor was discussing with the staff how to charge extra by changing parts that are even not required. When learning that I am not going to pay extra for serviceable parts, they did service just to finish the job. Many services were not understood as in AC complete check up, they just checked gas. ac filter was not checked. Condition of condenser etc not checked. In general check up, they just checked nuts under the car that are even checked by few dealerships just on oil change. In software update, nothing is done and when asked, supervisor told me that scanner was attached so that’s a software update and computer tuning. In injector service, just injectors were cleaned with the petrol, staff took out from my car. In throttle body also. In catalytic service, just sensor is taken out and cleaned. In brake service, brake pads were detached and put in place just by having visual inspection. No gear oil is checked. No fuel filter is checked. No lights checked whether they are working or not. Battery water is not checked. Tyre air pressure not checked. And many other things that should have been checked in general check up. If this is really all that they do then with this facility and staff, it is much better to visit local workshop and those will charge much...

Royal Honda is located on the GT Road near the pirwadhai morr. Punctuality is very important to you here, but not for those who work here. If you do not meet the deadlines, they will cancel your appointment. But if you arrive on time, you may have to wait an hour or two. And if they tells you that your work can take two hours, you will be satisfied because it can take four hours. The attitude of the staff is not friendly and cooperative at all. And the speed of work is very slow. During test drive the supervisor advised me that if you do this, your problem will be solved. And that's exactly what I did. And where i went to get work done for rupees 6000 I had to pay rupees 57630. And despite all that, the car did...

WORST EXPERIENCE ever in any honda authorized dealer. I visited many honda authorized dealer but this is my bigest mistake, i become greedy on there sale 70% off. After complete service my car become under power. They drive my vehicle on road without my permission. When i ask he lied and said that your vehicle will be ready in 5 min. However before this i see my vehicle on road. When i told that i see my vehicle on road they said they maybe go out for test drive. They came back after 20 - 25 min.
