Isla Iguana is another of the most beautiful islands in the San Blas archipelago of islands. This island along with the others in this area are run and controlled be the Kuna people. The Kuna are beautiful, kind and loving people. they always greet to with the smile and respect. This island is super nice. It has a handful of Cabanas that can be rented for the day or several days. For day visitors, they need to be off the island by sunset. So if you are one of the few that are here afterwards, then you have the island all to yourself. Una isla pequeñita en la que dormimos una noche en una cabaña privada. Lo mejor fue despertarnos y ver el amanecer con algún delfín de fondo, precioso. Lo peor dormir… muchísima humedad y se nos coló una cucaracha en la cama, pero bueno… sabemos dónde vamos. Las comidas están bien, llevad agua sobre todo o sino venden allá. Cogimos coco por 2 dólares que también estaba muy bueno. Como experiencia está bien pero no repetiríamos en general San Blas, carísimo para lo que es, muy preparado para el turismo, muchas de las islas están masificadas con gente con música a tope, no tienes silencio absoluto porque tienes el motor al lado en muchas ocasiones…. muy alejadas de lo que es una isla virgen como encontramos por ejemplo en la zona de Chiriquí.
