Hiking up Pachatata for sunset is a must-do on Amantaní Island. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You can see the entire island, Lake Titicaca stretching out to the horizon, and the neighboring islands. The stone temple at the summit adds a sense of history and spirituality to the experience. It's a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for reflection and taking stunning photos. Don't miss it!

From the village it is like 1.5 hrs hard trek (remember it is moře than 4000 m above the sea level). Take warm clothes and water, temperature falls down to zero quick after the sunset. You get the nice view on Titicaca lake and surrounded fields.

Interesting ruins and worth the hike up but we preferred the Pachamama ruins on the other peak of the island. They are not shown on maps yet but were more interesting and better view.
