Abhorrent customer service, my friend and I took a tourist flight with Aeronasca in June 2025. The flight was free of issues. However, before and after the flight we were informed that our passports needed to be stamped. I emphasize that we were told this was mandatory. As tourists, we were not familiar with the local guidelines so we went with the guidance of staff. However, unfortunately Aeronasca is not authorized to make entries in passports, so according to both UK and international law, our passports had been tampered with and needed replacing. This cost us $240 in total. We emailed Aeronasca to highlight the issue. Their initial response was a generic email denying accountability. We responded which was ignored, as were subsequent efforts at communication. Replacing our passports proved vey inconvenient as it jeopardized upcoming travel plans. This is because we ran the risk of being refused entry into countries which we were traveling to after our time in Peru, whilst also potentially making getting home difficult. At the same time this cost us a significant sum of money. Where we were really disappointed, was not in the mistake itself, we understand errors happen, and this one came out of trying to create a positive experience, with a fun little stamp to commemorate the experience. Read moreWe arrived early in the morning (8:30) and got promissed to fly in 1-2 hours. We immediately informed the staff we need to leave at 13:00 at most. Were promised this to be no problem as we will fly at most in 2 hours. 3 hours later we needed to wait "uno momento". An hour later the first possible flight would be at 13:00, at 12:30 it would be maybe around 13:20, maybe later. Lots of frustrated customers around. We needed to leave for bus and tried to manage a solution. The staff member refused to call his boss and refused any solutions we proposed. Many customers were promissed a timeslot only to be misled and wait at the airport the whole day like us. This completely ruined the experience as we were provided no information and therefore were unable to book at the other operators. Unfortunatelly terrible service although we picked the provider based on reviews and clearly states our time constraints and were mislead from the beginning with variable excuses why we need to wait one more moment. We booked online for 9:00 and have to wait for more the 1 hour without telling us anything. the guy at the airport keeps telling us 5 minutes, 5 minutes...well the turns out to be over 1 hour. apart from that our plan was from another company and the pilot greeted us with: we need to hurry. It's not very inviting when they keeps delaying and telling us now to hurry. The flight itself was ok. But afterwards when we finished and want to go back to the city another disaster. We waited for more than 30 minuts. Still no car to pick us up and they guy at the airport again told us to wait for a 1 minute. well we know what that means. Since our schedule was delayef by now over 2 hours already we decided to return ourself since nobody knows when they will come to pick us up.
