Nolly of Toyota San Pablo was rude. He even told me sarcastically “nagsisinungaling ba naman yang pader?” Then he raise his voice saying “standard nga yan”. I felt so humiliated and unsafe, he even move my car forward and backwards many times instead bringing it to the correct department. He immediately handed me over the key and said “makakauwi ka na”.
