First up, this is not a "white" beach. Just your regular beach with cottages run by the locals. We went May and the beach was full of jellyfish. They told us it's not the kind that stings tho. Second, if you're alone or a group of less than 10 and planning on just a day tour, better to contact a tour company so it'll lessen your expenses. Better to bring your own food and drinks. Though they have goods on the island, they charge very high on every thing. Some people told us to leave our bags inside the van as it might get wet during the boat ride and just take what's necessary. NO, DON'T DO THAT. Even if you have a 16kg backpack, it'll still be safe as the guides arrange a cottage that serves as your base point. And lastly, enjoy the beach, the hike, the mountain. Limit your camera/phone usage for the sake of the 'gram. Bask in all its glory and beauty and etched it your mind and heart and soul and not...

The overnight accommodation was not good. Our tour agency booked us in this resort for an overnight stay with our team, but it was disappointing. The entire hut felt unstable, and although we were told it could accommodate 10 people, there weren’t enough beds or foam mattresses for everyone. Some of us ended up sleeping on towels just to have something to lie on. The hut was lined with insulation foam, there was no electricity in the morning, and only two fans were provided for the two rooms.

While we were sleeping at night, a mouse crawled over me and one of my teammates — we actually saw it with our own eyes. On top of that, one of our team members got bitten by bed bugs from the dirty foam mattresses. We do not recommend this place if you're planning to stay overnight...

This is not a white beach, but back in the past, according to the tour guide it was. Until 2004, when three successive typhoons ravaged Dingalan and Aurora as whole which then triggered a landslide that then mixed with the white sands of this beach.

Other than that, the beach is a chef's kiss. It was noon when I took a bath and it was still as cold as rain. The boodle fight was also great. As much as possible too, buy from the locals because what they prepare tastes really good and it was also the only source of...
