If you want to relax here, you can't! The room is not next to the karaoke and there is not sound proof. There is no hot water when you shower, super freezing cold. Door has no screen to prevent mosquitos getting in. The shower wall above is open. The AC will not stay on, it keeps turning off after 20 minutes, so annoying. The price should have been worthy if the service/ amenities provided is good. Customer service is useless, because there is none. Your on your own! Don't expect help from anyone! The beach is trashy, no one cleans it, people who uses the cabana/ has trash left and no one cleans it. The beach is stony, if your not swimming shoes, you can get injured, there's a lot of stingy jellyfish. They need to put more net to prevent this dangerous jelly fish from getting to the people swimming. Their swimming pool doesn't have filtration. I don't know how often they Clean their swimming pool, and it didn't smell chlorine. Be careful if you come to this resort. It's pricey like in the city, per night 4,500 pesos. Be careful with the workers because, they will go to the room without you there. And no key provided when we check in. So, someone has to stay in the room to guard our things. Per Mia, the person who took the reservation and money that the last person that rented the room took the key with them. It's their job to get the room ready before the next person comes. How inappropriate and unprofessional!!! YOUR CHOICE! BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS NOT WORTHY...

The beach was calm, most probably because it was surrounded by Biliran Island and Samar. Such a breathtaking sunset though! I heard it was swarming with local jellyfish hence the net that unfortunately provided a very minimal area for swimming. The shore was covered with little stones, so best to wear flipflops or swimming shoes.

Family room was big enough to accommodate 10pax. Other rooms had a slight issue on the aircondition and water supply...

Good ambience. With dozens of cottages and an activity area. Accessible from the highway with slightly steep access road. Low to no signal Msart and Globe network. Pool needs maintenance, color is a bit green. Beach is rocky. Windy location. Good for families, office team...
