Our stay was disappointing due to poor customer service.

When we arrived at around 10 AM, the staff were accommodating enough to offer us a cottage while we waited for other guests to check out. The staff watching over our kids while they swam were also attentive and kind. At first, everything seemed great—we even considered celebrating my child’s birthday at this resort despite the limited kid-friendly amenities, understanding that the fees weren’t premium.

However, our experience quickly turned frustrating. As a group, we prefer swimming when it’s less crowded, so we planned to swim at night. My cousins started swimming around 7 PM, but less than an hour later, they were told to leave because of maintenance. This was not mentioned beforehand, and it completely disrupted our plans.

To make matters worse, mobile data in the area was unavailable. Given that this resort has been operating for a while, one would expect them to offer at least a paid WiFi option for guests who need connectivity.

The most disappointing part was how management handled our concern. When I reached out to their page regarding the unexpected pool closure, their response was not only dismissive but also accusatory. They claimed, based on CCTV footage, that the pool was open until 9 PM—implying that I was lying. This is unacceptable customer service. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they chose to invalidate my experience.

I’ve attached screenshots for reference. This level of service is truly...

I didn't like the idea that the resort/accommodation and the videokebar inside have different owners and policy and regulations. It's confused me. The staff in accommodation were good. They were approachable and understanding. On the other hand, I was disappointed on how the "manager" of the videokebar dealt with us. He gave me the impression of an aloof and arrogant person which made me regret that I agreed with his agreement regarding the drinks. Besides, the microphone was not working well! It's so frustrating! Anyways, summing it up, I would not recommend anybody to go to the videokebar. Haha! But the place was good, too bad they had two "managers" which I didn't like...

We had a bad experience yesterday the front desk employees are so rude not really a nice assistance even the change of my friend didn't provide back from the employee. I mean should the employee be the one to have initiatives to the costumer about that? Also the pool was dirty they said it is only just from the sea water coming up to the pool and reaching the pool water but i think no. Even in the kiddie pool there are some moss already and childrens complain that they have cuts from the tiles of the pool. We have bad experience on costumer service on...

The place is a budget friendly place to stay. For only Php1500 you already have a place to sleep with. They have 2 pools, 1 for kids and the other 1 is for adults with 5" deep. Every Friday they have an acoustic night and every Saturday they have a comedy show.

Nice place! Clean and great for family gathering. Rooms are available. Pools are ok, small ang manageable, not for big crowd though. No food in the resort, so you can bring your own.
