New Yorkers Beach Resort — Local services in Bauan

A nice choice and change of venue rather than our usual Calatagan sortie. Bauan area beach provides better water deep level and very appropriate for swimming, water is clear from the shore and onwards. Road going to and from provides challenges beeing steep and winding roads. Now, for the New Yorkers Beach Resort, we went there on a weekday and so the place was not filled-up, and so here are my observations:

There was plenty of space to move around as we and another group of guests were the only ones present. Grilling and cooking your own food was fast. Staff was accommodating and helpful from bringing our stuffs from the parking lot with their own ATV unit. We walked towards the resort but it was not very far away. You get value for your money: own room with AC, bath towels, sheets, piilows, personal hygiene items (soaps & toothbrush, utensils, etc.) Price of items from their store is reasonable. Attentive and ready to help staff. Clean surrounding. All in all, the experience was pure family relaxation and fun and will definitely be first on the list for our next trip to the beach.

the beach is good for kids... newly built/ renovated rooms.. but still needs improvement... we went here on a weekday we had the place for our selves. its a different story if its a weekend. if you want privacy and super peaceful beach dont go on a weekend. weekday is perfect. as for the facilities they provide almost everything. they can even cook for you by request in advance i think... prices for good ice etc is not so over priced. for the place itself the stairs is a bit of a hazzard. we had no problem grilling etc but for sure on a weekend its an issue.. going here is a bit of a challenge. from the highway going to the resort is where the challenge starts. winding roads, cliffs steep inclines and steep downhill roads. dont go here drunk or at night. 2hrs to 3 from manila depends on your driving and stop overs. and i forgot to mention the staff. they are so nice, helpful and accomodating. forgot to add about their parking. its a bit far but its safe and theres someone guarding it almost all thr time. 200 php per day for parking. then they will fetch your things using a atv with cart.. then you have to walk to the beach / resort. 5 to 10 min walk. all in all we...

I recently had the experience staying at your resort, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it is important to bring the following issues to your attention: unacomodating staff members seemed uninterested in assisting guests, and I felt a lack of warmth and professionalism during my stay. Service standards were far below what I expected from a place of your reputation.t he access roads within the resort are extremely narrow, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. This not only causes inconvenience but also poses a potential safety hazard, especially for guests with mobility challenges. Lastly, Crapmpled dining area the tables provided for meals were so closely packed that there was barely any space to move, making it uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy meals.
