Nice place to reside in. Most residents are quiet. The most flooded area is the road at the main entrance. Few modes of transportation, difficult to book a Grab Car. The main commute route is riding a tricycle from Pasig Palengke (SPRGEVTODA) which fares range from P12 up to P25. There are stray dogs loitering on some areas. There are plenty of parks, some with playgrounds, there are covered courts too. However, water is sometimes unavailable especially in the morning until afternoon. Aside from unavailability, water...
