Read moreThe island is about 1.5 hour boat ride from Estancia port or you can take Airswift and land on the island. We stayed at the Huni Resort. The side of the island where we stayed was beautiful and very clean. Not so many resorts at the moment thus keeping the beach and shoreline relatively very clean. Across from our resort, you could see the Islas Gigantes which can be reached by a 1-hour boat ride. Touring the Islas Gigantes can take the whole day but worthwhile.

Read moreGreat place for a hide away. People are so great and accommodating on this island. It's a testament of "simple life is better." Lay back afternoons are one of the best while watching movies or your favorite shows on your tablet or phone.
From the Estancia port, take a boat to Sicogon Island that sails once a day only. So make sure to be at the port by 9 AM.
While on the island, take a walk on the shore, take a dip in the clear water of Buaya Beach. Ask permit from the barangay captain and trek and hike the mountain to see 360° of Sicogon. Have a view of the nearby towns and islands.
