Read moreThis pool resort is way too strict in the Philippines, From bring alcohol, food, smoking and covid vaccination. I have enquired about this place for my birthday celebration last week while we were in the Philippines with my relatives. More than 60 people would be coming and they didnât consider any discounts for a group booking, never the less I didnât bother about the discount and would just go and pay for the full fees. On the day the area had issues with the bank ATM due to power maintenance and I had asked if I could pay with my card, they had advised only cash or other payment which I donât have as Iâm not from there. My relatives were already there lining up and Ive asked if they can enter and count while I go to the ATM to get cash out, they were quite rude and definitely didnât even consider about the issues. Definitely had the money on the card which they donât accept card payments and the next bank closes to the area was about 20 mins drive. With how they treated my relatives and I, I didnât even bother giving them my service and went to a different pool resort who were more than welcoming then they were. Definitely wouldnât even bother thinking of coming here again. Basically they just lost a service of nearly 30k pesos just for entrance fees. Good luck in the future how they treat people and how...
