One of the security guards was accusing me and my friends of causing trouble while we were out shopping without telling us what what we were doing wrong. Portal Mall still needs lots of improvement and additional stores. The stores are already efficient in sustaining basic needs of a small town since they have a supermarket, a hardware, a bookstore, and just like most high-end malls it also has an arcade center, a small food court, and from time to time a live band also plays at the ground floor. The supermarket in this mall has limited access to the basement parking area. There is an elevator but shopping carts are prohibited. It is inconvenient for people coming from the supermarket to get out from the main mall with their shopping carts and enter the basement parking from the main road.
