This island is a nice getaway. Perfect for family trips. Bad thing about it was that it was filled with trash and there was nowhere proper to eat. This place has SO much potential to be something amazing. People rave about ilocos norte beaches like Pagudpud and honestly this island had more white sand. You didn't have to leave the shore to snorkel and see so many cute and loveable fish. It was so funny how the wind affects not just us on land where you feel blown away, but the fish were being blown away from their little coral homes. Please Philippines tourism, make this island into something great. Clean it up. Add some sheds. Maybe like a couple food spots and it will be GOLD. I see so much potential.
To find it is an adventure in itself so please ask the locals where to go to pay. We found someone to take us out by boat and we paid. To me it was well worth it and I will always come back. It's beautiful, but again Philippines tourism, make it even better. Don't let me down
