Everyone AVOID!!!

Dodge a bullet absolutely the most dirty place I have stayed in my life! Dirty towels, Dirty floors, Dirty cleaning facilities, Insects in the rooms, Urine smell broken tiles, Water stain ceilings with mould. Hazard to life inform of slip and trip hazards, open electrical outlets without any protection.

We traveled with PWD or to the English reading an OAP, Apon arrival we were 1 hour early they tried to charge us a early arrival entrance fee of "500 Pesso! £7" we had to turn away and find a restraunt had some dinner amd returned. When entered we were not allowed to drive the full length of the drive our PWD had to be assissted by 2 grown men down the remaining drive up a flight of stairs across the lawn to a dissfuntional room. First room had 2 beds to entre the wash room she had a wardrobe blocking the door from opening fully, after that to step into the room you have to step over a toilet which is immediately in front of the door...? Really no good for any PWD or any person able bodied. So we checked our other rooms they were all the same. We went to visit the manager and asked if they had any other rooms available. we wanted to upgrade as we were not happy with our rooms and they were not good enough for our DWP. We were told "All the rooms are the same."

We informed the manager of all the issues we had only 3 issues were resolved which was one room had no electric and another rooms TV did not work also the swimpool had leafs inside apart from this nothing else was resolved!!

We asked if we could have a refund and was told to take it up with expedia the agent which we had booked through.

So we went through them to claim our refund back.

We left in the morning of the next day and booked another room else where.

As the agent disputed with the owner on our behalf, we were later told we would not recieve a refund as we had not told the manager about the problems at the time that we were there and waivered the right to give us a refund!!!!

Allow me to list the laws that were broken by this remark.

False advertising. The consumer act of the Philippines or Republic Act No. 7394 protects your interest as a consumer. It is the law’s objective to protect you against deceptive or unfair sales acts and practices such as false advertising.

Concern for your health. In order for hotels to be accredited in the Philippines, they must abide by the rules and regulations related to Republic Act No. 7160 that govern the operations of tourist establishments. This act requires hotels to ensure the safety, comfort and convenience of their guests by providingspecific facilities, amenities, and services. One of the specific requirements is for hotels to provide housekeeping of the highest possible standard. They should be able to keep hotel premises clean and tidy, as well as change linens, blankets, towels, and daily. This is to ensure that you are protected against infectious diseases.

Rights of disabled people. To avoid prejudice and promote equality among all, the Republic Act 9442 focuses on the rights of disabled or handicapped people. Under the law, disabled people are given at least twenty percent (20%) discount from all establishments relative to the utilization of all services in hotels and similar lodging establishments for their exclusive use or enjoyment. The Accessibility law of the Philippines also enhances the mobility of disabled persons by requiring certain establishments to install facilities and other devices such as sidewalks, ramps, railings,...

I would not stay here. I spoke to madam and agreed on price P2400. We’re walking to room with caretaker and when we got to room he asked for another P500. Next day we’re checking out. We called caretaker at 8am to ask about late check out as we were walking to beach. Care taker said it would be extra P100-200 if we check out at 1pm. We agreed to that, when we got back he asked for P500. Orher problem is with tricycle driver on site. We agree on price and when he drops off he keeps extra change for whatever reason. I would not stay here again. It was a scam, do research as much nicer place...
