Krian Transport Philippines - Car & Van Rental with Driver Manila

I recently booked a trip with Krian Transport for round-trip transportation from Ermita to Philippine Arena, and I am SO pleased with my experience! My husband and I were visiting from abroad and we needed reliable transportation to/from the concert, especially considering we had to be at the airport just a few hours after the concert ended. The online booking experience was incredibly easy, and the company contacted me very soon after booking my ride to provide details about the driver and car. The driver (Johnnel) was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and he was very professional + a good driver -- even with all the crazy Manila traffic. He stayed at the arena while we were at the concert for a small fee (200 extra pesos/hr) so that he would be available to take us back to our hotel as soon as the concert was over. The payment process was easy and fair... for reference, another company quoted us 9400 pesos for private car service, whereas our total cost with Krian was about 3600 pesos. If I were ever to need a private car service again in Manila, I would still use Krian Transport! Definitely...

We booked two car rides with krian transport. Both were on time. The first ride was with Johnnel. He was very kind, a good driver, and knew a good amount of English. We had a bit of trouble finding out airbnb and he was very patient about that slight delay. He was on time and got us where we needed to go in time as I will. Our second driver was William, he was friendly and followed road rules, and stopped whenever we asked for him to. The only issue we had with him was he drove a little more jerky (hitting the brake too much, going fast then slow) which made my parents motion sick but we still got where we needed on time and safely. The company was helpful and patient. We were a little concerned about booking at first as we hadn't used this company before and there's always a worry that it's a scam but they were accommodating and we're happy to let us book them separately once we knew it was legit. Most of our communication with them was through WhatsApp. Clean and nice vehicles....

Amazing service. Highly recommend. They responded right away when contacted by FB messenger, text and email. Transparent with pricing, exactly as is charged. Flexible as I added new stops along the way. Waited patiently at all my appointments throughout the day. Drove very safely, car was very clean and driver was very polite, communicative through text and was punctual. We had a protocol that I would text 10 minutes before arriving back at the drop off location, and it was seamless without fail at all destinations. I would use this service again and would recommend to others new to Manila. There are no subways, light rail or clean public transportation here. You can get hit by motorcycles and you don't want to drive here as people don't follow rules of the road like in North America. Get a driver and...
