Run away from this place as fast as you can! It's not maintained and it's shameful that they let guests sit down in such filthy seats (look at the picture). But let me tell you what happened this morning. I went there for the first time and was told that they can only serve breakfast as the cook is not here. Ok, no problem. I ordered a continental breakfast at 150 PHP. I did not notice at that time that the continental breakfast had only some bread and a coffee or juice. I mean, we all expect at least an egg or two and some ham or bacon. It's a given, right? Anyway, my mistake for not checking. But then, 25 minutes later, i was given 4 pieces of poorly toasted bread with a small serving of butter. I asked where was the jam and was told that they don't have jam anymore. 150 PHP for 4 pieces of bread... and a really bad coffee (brewed coffee, who on earth can do bad brewed coffee? If you want to know who, try Sabas beach and campsite. I told them that I was leaving and offered to pay for my breakfast. To my surprise, they took my money! Seriously, they really have no shame. Anybody with just a bit of pride, even just a little little bit, would have offered to not charge me. But not at Sabas bach and campsite.

The tide was super low when we visited in March. We could see people walking out on the sea bed and it was only up to the ankles. It was full of seaweed and rocks scattered across the seabed. Not much beach at all due to the tide. No way to swim here in these conditions. Sabas needs to make their money on the visitors so they charge 40 pesos to swim, 20 pesos to use their WiFi as there is no signal there on globe & smart. Forget using Dito as it doesn’t work on the island at all. The wooden structure with balcony looked cute to sit and have a drink with a nice view. They serve refreshing drinks such as calamansi juice and fruit juices. However as they didn’t have fresh coconuts and we couldn’t swim, we didn’t stay longer than a few minutes to than to observe assess the swimming conditions.

I spent two night at Sabbas Beatch and Campsite and can’t stress enough how unique and wonderful this piece of heaven is. I were struck in this unique atmosphere this place has. Very well maintained, run by a wonderful crew of pleasant people, that takes care of everything you might wish for. I can not describe well enough how great this place is. If you are looking for a unique experience on truly natural environment with a private beach , you will be thrilled with this place.

I love Siquijor from the bottom of my heart, and have never had a single bad experience until attempting to have dinner at the restaurant here. First of all, we were forced to wait for more than ONE HOUR to receive a very simple food order with ZERO explanation. Second of all, the food was completely different from what we actually ordered. Finally, the completely INSANE woman, who apparently is a manager there, admitted to making an obvious mistake, but then decided to take her frustration out on my innocent girlfriend for absolutely no valid reason at all. The place was COMPLETELY EMPTY with ZERO customers for the entire time that we wasted there, and that crazy woman is likely a...
