The place is good actually. BUT. If you are expecting a fast support when you have a problem upon turnover on the HOA/ Technical team. I suggest that better to fix it on your own. Get someone outside to fix it for you rather than waiting for the technical team. Its disappointing because its already a month after we ask for support on the HOA and still we havent received any assistance regarding our concern on leakage. As you can see in the photo. They always tells us that they will follow up but theres nothing going. The place is great for buying a house but the HOA is so disappointing especially for asking of assistance even though you are still under warranty. Frustrating.

Slow processing, some houses have issues with their constructors. Somewhat accessible to the town proper. Good community inside. One of the worst, a lot of issues on the unit itself. Poor communication on the after sales. They are too slow to process utilities. We applied for their unit year 2022. Still 2025 haven't move in our unit. Lot's of issues on the unit. Faulty wires prone to hazard. Rusty gutters due to incorrect installation. And delayed processing. Our unit got stuck for more than a year. Rectification adds additional delays from their previous kicking of target schedule.

We chose Phirst Park Homes Lipa over Calamba due to many reasons like, the road is nice and the ambiance is much better than in Calamba, Laguna. If you are a commuter, the location of Phirst Park Homes Lipa is very near in SM Lipa where the Grand Terminal is located. Lots of buses going to Cubao, SM Megamall, Market Market, BGC and a Van going to Alabang. Phirst Park Homes offers a fully finished house and lot. Tiled and have allotted 2 bedrooms already. You can have the free will to renovate or extend it.

This is the first time we have returned for over 3 years. The site is even better now than it was then.

Seriously it is a great location to buy a home at an affordable price - great facilities and great views of the mountain backdrop.

Great location for Summit Point golf course and LIMA outlet village.

The houses are well constructed but the latest Phase is likely to take 3 years fir property build.

It is not to bad to get to / or from the SLEX / STARTOLL, but my reason for marking it down is the road...
