A Wonderful Family Day at Emeiland Resort

Our recent visit to Emeiland Resort was yet another memorable experience—one of many, as we've returned here several times and it never fails to bring joy to our family. This time, we visited for our son's school Family Day, and once again, the resort proved to be the perfect venue for a fun and relaxing celebration.

The children had an amazing time, especially in the pool area. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, giving us peace of mind while the kids splashed and played to their hearts' content. There’s just something about the refreshing water and open space that brings out the laughter and energy in them every time we visit.

The ambience of Emieland Beach Resort is another reason we keep coming back. It offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere that’s ideal for bonding moments with loved ones. Whether you’re enjoying the greenery, relaxing under a shaded area, or simply watching the kids play, everything feels just right for a peaceful escape from the daily grind.

We also appreciate the staff, who are consistently warm, helpful, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived until it was time to head home, they ensured that everything went smoothly. Their friendly demeanor really adds to the resort’s charm and makes every visit feel personal.

This place was chosen as the venue for our school’s team-building and enhancement activities. We rented a function hall including rooms as well as the catering service for the food. Although the place looks relaxing, the food and customer service was a nightmare for us: -rice served was undercooked (too mushy) for all the meals served food either too bland or salty the school requested a grazing table for the event, to our disappointment, there was no effort made to make it look appetizing bread served not fresh and seems old for few days already -staff seems not happy when serving the food, not even smiling -they are recycling the leftover food from previous meals. Leftover pieces of meatloaf used in the grazing table was used as ingredient in “we do not know how to describe the meal” macaroni. We saw the stickhole in the meatloaf that went along the macaroni dish. -water in the dispenser in the function hall not getting cold Many other comments to mention. For a price worth Xxx, xxx we do not think we deserve such kind of unsatisfactory service.

The resort was booked exclusively to our org but apparently their electricity was not sufficient to supply decent power for the airconditioning in the rooms. Food was overpriced, serving was so-so, taste was 4/10, and it took them more than 1 hour to serve four silog meals and one short order of pancit. Service was terrible aside from one lady who was very pleasant to talk with. Staff were not very accommodating. The voew though, was beautiful.
