I wish could say better but not exclusive as external sign states. No poolside furniture, the furnace on perimater is water logged or bases rusty, clothes drying line by pool overgrown, main building and out buildings rusty and in disrepair. Swimming pool outstanding though but that alone does not make property exclusive Oh finally trash dump behind villa is disgusting and breeding mosquitoes and flies and is true reflection of lack of oversight. Pictures on FB are misrepresenting true state of property. Minimal corrections could return property...

very nice destination for vacationers, about 3 hours drive from davao city downtown, just bring your own food or cook a meal from the scratch...2 airconditioned bedrooms, dining place and living room...check pictures for other...
