What you see in the pictures are decieving indeed. If you are looking for a place to spend your holidays where you can enjoy the beach, Sicolon is not the place. The water is not good, its like a pool of mud. The service is very poor, they are only concern in getting your payment. We had a very bad experience especially with them, we booked for two cottages but we only enjoyed one of them because of their very poor service. My eldest sister arrived in the resort first and she was directed to one of the cottages, she told the lady who assisted her that we booked for 2 cottages and asked her about it but she said she was not sure. When my family arrived at the resort, we were asked to pay our balance of 800 but i told the lady at the gate that we will pay later. Then another lady approached when we arrived at the main building and pointed to us our cottage, "kana naay aircon maoy inyo" without any other instruction. The rest of the family arrived and we stayed in one cottage and even discussed that maybe the room with aircon attahced to the open cottage is worth 8k and this open space is 5k. It was later in tha afternoon while we were outside our cottage playing games that we actually utilized only one of the 2 cottages we booked. My sister (in charge of the booking) called her contact telling her of the situation and asked f we can refund the payment for the other cottage, but she said we can't bcuZ we exceeded the 20pax capacity per cottage. And whose fault pala... We aksedt the lady who assisted y sister and she said "mao lng man instruction sa iya"... Despite our demand for a refund, hindi pa rin binalik pera namin... Madumi ang tubig .. VERY POOR SERVICE, PERA LNG CONCERN NILA, POOR COMMUNICATION KC DAMING NANININGIL KAHIT NABAYARAN NA WALANG COORDINATION, WALANG LIFEGUARDS, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND...

DO NOT BE FOOLED by the pictures! Worst resort experience ever! My siblings went home for a vacay and wanted to gather our relatives. This was supposedly one of the best resorts that’s reasonably accessible for our relatives from CDO and Bukidnon. We were very wrong. We had so high expectations considering the price. Do not be fooled, the resort is picture perfect but in reality, NOT worth the price. PLUS they have very rude and disrespectful staff! I booked 2 Cabanas for 5900 each plus 15 excess heads for 300 each. I was asked to make a 6k downpayment. The day before our reservation, I texted the owner that I have guests arriving early and told him that I will give the fully payment as soon as I arrive. The owner agreed. But much to my surprise, every one of our guests that arrived was asked by the staff if they are the ones paying the remaining balance of 15,900 since we added one more cottage. We were a total of 70pax. The guests were shocked when they were asked if they are paying 15,900! So embarrassing on my part and so inconvenient for my guests. You had my number when I booked, you could have called me instead of asking every one of my guest if they are the ones paying. And also, the pool on the other cabana was never filled with water. For the price of your resort, you could have at least hired staff that are friendly enough to make it worth the money we spend for a resort that does not have a very nice beach and only has...

Perfect for me! The perfect get-away for family, na malayo sa ingay ng motor, though may planes paminsan-minsang dumadaan but actually it adds to the experience, especially for photo ops!

Summertime, right after the holy week kaya walang tao, kami for the entire venue, serene, quiet (except if dadaan plane of course), clean.

I love the coconut trees, all over the place, feels like tropical island paradise. Pool is right next to the beach, and child friendly naman, malinis, water isn't fresh though, it's more like a brackish water, but I guarantee you its clean!

Boardwalk is a version of Maldives!

Though the villas within the boardwalk are currently in repair.

Basta I enjoyed the place, as well as my family.

Tip: Bring your own WIFI, food and water, wala pong store sa loob, I understand it is currently in re-construction phase (front and store buildings) to better serve the guests.

If you're looking for peace, serene and relaxing beach vacay, eto na yun, this is place is for you. But if you're looking for party-people, good wifi, and store or cafes, wag po dito.

Thank you, hope this review will help you decide...

Dont get fooled of too much advertisement of this place. It's not that amazing at all. Cottages are pretty steep price and not worth it. It's not properly manned/maintained. One thing's for sure, it's just picture perfect, but not experience worth it. You can relax, yes, but if you plan to really swim and enjoy the water, think otherwise. Safety wise? Nope, not at all. True it has some boundaries but kids even adults would go beyond it esp on low tide, literally mabaklay ra. Their people just man the gates and collect payments even before you see the facility, after that, you won't see them anymore. No lifeguard perhaps to watch the area. The area where you can swim cant even reach waist level even during high tides. It's technically an oversized bath tub. Water from the faucet is not tap water, salty as salt. The 8,800php accommodation does not have complete amenities. Waste of money. I tell you.
