Here's my honest Review of Phirst Park Homes Batulao.
Our agent was very helpful, and even the sales manager who assisted us on the day of our reservation remained supportive until we finally received our unit. Their assistance throughout the process was much appreciated.
For the turnover date, I would rate it 4/5. We understood from the start that, being a pre-sell home, it might take 2–3 years before turnover. However, the rescheduling was frustrating, especially since we were told the unit was fully completed, yet there was still a delay due to inspections. Fortunately, our unit did not have any major issues upon turnover, which was a relief.
Customer service was a bit disappointing. It took them months to respond to emails, and their customer service hotline rarely picked up. Once the unit is turned over, you really have to be proactive in following up on requests, as they don't usually initiate updates unless you ask.
Location-wise, it's great! The cool Tagaytay breeze reaches the area despite being in Nasugbu. It's also very peaceful—even in sections where residents have already moved in.
If you're considering buying a unit here, keep in mind that a pre-sell home is not for those who need a ready-to-move-in property. The waiting period is long, so this type of property might be more suitable for investment purposes (such as Airbnb) or a retirement home.

I think it will be a really densely populated development due to the number of houses but given the right management and maintenance, I think it'll be okay. My only issue is the payment terms - Only 8 months and a little more only based on the type of house you are getting, even though the turnover is still years away. So basically, you will be starting the bank loan with an empty lot for a few more years - quite risky.
