Booked August 2022. Terazzas is a ride or a very steep walk down from Amara. This resort within Punta Fuego, at least to me, pales in comparison to Lower Beach at the Peninsula. The beach/sans is not as nice and the waves are strong. But we were able to get fresh seafood early in the morning from fishermen unloading beside it. The pool is hidden under a literal forest so you won't get burned, but it wasn't as clean as the one in the maim Club or in the Lower Beach. Loved the food at Cafe del Sol though. Much better food than what they serve (at least to me, lunch menu) at Cafe San Diego at the Club. Still a 4, it's still better than most other resorts...

The beach here isn't really worth the visit. It's a little silty and there are random bits and pieces of seaweed and occasionally trash in the water.

Come here if you want a shaded pool and the al fresco dining. It's also nice to just sit and relax in the cabanas all day.

If you're looking for a good beach, don't come to Terrazas. Go to the main resort community at Peninsula de Punta Fuego instead. Any of the beaches on the north side of that peninsula are far better than this one.

If you're a guest with a day tour pass, you should know that your day pass lets you into the main club too, so don't worry if your pass sponsor says you need to go to...

Not even capable of bringing food in time and getting the bill right. They hear "can I get the bill?" And they bring you another beer that they obviously charge cause there is no proactive behaviour when you explain "no it's not another beer, it's the bill I want.". Anyway, stay away from this place, just stay at the Club Punta Fuego, the food is the same as San Diego restaurant, we tried the supposedly awesome pizza and it's the same lame pizza not even baked enough (you can feel the raw dough on your tongue on each single bite). Stay at the bar and eat...

Good place to unwind. If you plan a weekend getaway with friends, relatives or officemates, its great place to stay. It is expensive but I think its worth it if you want a private place on your own. Walking to the beach back and forth from our place which is located from uphill is like doing your workout -need to stroll for 20 mins but you wont feel tired because of the stunning view. Also you can have your reward which is to enjoy the sand and the sea.
