Perfect stop after a long uphill drive especially when coming from the Nueva Ecija side. Cold location, can get very foggy usually. Lots of store on the side of the road to buy souvenirs and food or coffee. As of July 1,2023 it's still closed to visitors.

This is the highest part of Sta.Fe the Dalton Pass on your way to Manila from Cagayan Valley Region or better known as the Region 2. Is also known as Balete Pass. For P10 entrance fee, you can vividly see the breathtaking view of the mountain range from the top. I've passed by the area six times already but it is only this morning of Jan. 23 that I've got the chance to experience what Dalton Pass has to offer.
