When we booked this venue, we appreciated the limited number of customers, making us feel like we could enjoy the venue to ourselves. However, after our event, we realized why only a few select this resort:

Their KTV and room air conditioning are functional but barely keep the room cool. Despite the presence of electric fans, the room remains at room temperature, with some of us still sweating. The service was exceptionally slow. Our event began at lunchtime, yet by 12:30, we were still awaiting the arrival of utensils and plates. Upon our arrival at 11:00 am, I inquired about the possibility of an early check-in at 12 noon due to my baby needing a nap. However, we were informed that an early check-in would incur an additional hourly fee. Despite agreeing to the charge, the room remained humid. The most disappointing aspect of this resort is its small swimming pool. We were charged 250 per adult, with children as young as 10 years old considered adults. The pool appeared cloudy and dirty indicating a lack of maintenance.

If you wish to enjoy your event and save money, I recommend finding a...

Beautiful & clean resort with a team of friendly staff. Everything has been great so far from the check in, to the cleanliness and up-keeping of the rooms. The staff spoke perfectly good English which was assuring for me as I am a foreigner. First time in iloilo, and their hospitality was top notch.

This resort offers more than just overnight accommodation, gazebos and other rentals available for your needs as well. 2 big swimming pools to accommodate both adults and children. Direct access to the beach, and even a provision store directly outside the resort - convenience...

Place is small, which for me is good since I want a more private place. Also they do not allow bringing of karaoke which is also plus points for me. Swimming in the pool is expensive at 250 pesos given that it's small size and only 4feet deep. Food is alsi pricey for me. The one I really didn't like is the shore. If you advertise your place/resort to have a pool and beach at the same time, at least take responsibility of cleaning your "ugsaran" or the beach front. Your guests will always walk along and swim in the beach but seeing a lot of dirt and garbages is a...

Got a chance to check the place during their soft opening. The staffs and waiters are accommodating and very friendly. Very nice place to stay if you are chasing sunsets. You will have a great time here if you are into sunset photography or you just want to chill (I really recommend to go here during sunset or afternoon). Menu has a lot of variety but on a higher price range. Overall a place with a lot of potential to be a go to "pa baybay ta" without going further out the city.

They open early so there's a breakfast option. We rented one of the gazebos which was consummable for 3k. It was nice but I suggest instead of the faux-leather seats, opt for a kawayan sofa instead because the faux leather was too hot to lie or sit on at noontime. The food was better than expected and the service was superb. Be ready to pay some sort of service fee though. I didn't really mind because the crew was super nice, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a good time.
