Cawit Resort and Cafe — Local services in Pilar

We were very comfortable here. My husband, however, was ill during our whole stay, so we were not able to enjoy the water or the beach area. We were here on a mission trip where we were able to attend and conduct services, but upon returning, my husband became very ill. I would like to say however that the staff went out their way to accommodate our needs. The water supply did stop our last night and day, but someone brought sufficient water to tend to our personal needs all the way up the stairs to our room. We were beyond thankful! The view from this property was outstanding. The unexpected excessive heat was oppressive and a total surprise to us as we had visions of cooler breezes off the ocean. The meals prepared for us were somewhat disappointing but tasty nevertheless. Sometimes when Filipinos try to provide American style food they try too hard and miss the mark; but they tried. In our experience, it's okay, staff are nice, the room is spacious and clean toilet. Good aircon. Beautiful ocean view. Maybe a swimming pool to those who don't want to swim in the sea be better.
