⚠️⚠️⚠️MUST READ❗❗❗⚠️⚠️⚠️ We are a family of 16 persons (12 adults 4 children) We stayed in the Family Room (Kubo) nd the Deluxe room. We stayed recently in this resort and it was really unpleasnt and unsafety stay! When we check in, initially we just took the family room (Kubo) as we thought that we will fit nd we will just pay for the extra person, then receptionist nd us realize that we wont fit nd better to get another room which we did nd still pay for 5 excess persons. Receptionist gave me the total amount the we need to pay which is a bit pricey than we expected but I paid it full anyway, before I left the office I asked her to kindly send us the bathroom amenities as we dont have any, she said ok nd told me that they ussually dont put amenities as the other guest dont use them then i left. After a while she sent few of the amenities,more likely good for 5 to 6 persons. (Soap nd shampoo nd few towels) Later in the evening I asked for the extra beds for the excess 5 persons, nd they sent us uncovered more likely thin foam with 1 pillow. Then since we are busy in our get together we didnt realize that we dont have any blanket in the room, so ofcourse I asked the person who was incharged that night and he said he will give us, the he came and gave us 2 blankets (kumot), ok so 2 blankets for the whole family? So i get back to that manong nd asked ounce more, nd he told me that he was just told to give us 2 blankets nd he didint know anything else as he is just incharge to look after the resorts not for the guest. So i just asked him if he could gave me any number that i can call to nd he gave me one which is not working, so i decided to look in the int. nd i got the number and ask about the pillow, finally they gave us another 3 blankets.huhh!!! Yeah 5 blankets for 2 rooms with a big family nd they said it is a twin blanket??? Which me and my 9year old daughter did not fit on it. So we said ok.. lets adjust to this thing. Check out day! They ask us to check out the Kubo at 10am as we check in 2 hours earlier than the ussual check in, nd maybe in consideration, the gave us late check out in the Deluxe room which is till 3pm. Nd that is a normal scenaryo in hospitality industry. So we left the kubo spent time outside for some more activity nd swimming, during lunch time at 1.30pm, we are having this buddle fight, since kids are done having lunch they spent more time in the pool the suddenly 1 person pup up from no where nd spread the "CHLORINE POWDER all over the pool area, take note kids are in pool area, sitting while their feet is under the water, nd our food are in the table near by the pool,we didint know until one of our kids told us. So we asked what was nd siply answered cholrine po nd told us that we cant use the pool anymore! So we got shocked nd worry about the childrens health so we went to the reception and asked why did they do that, nd she said, " I have no idea that someone is spreading the cholrine" . But there were no one to asked aside from her. Nd she said she didint know anything and started calling her boss. While my brother is on the phone with the "Boss" I talked to her about things nd she told me that we are so demanding and why we chose to check in theier resort, I sked her, why did she call us "DEMANDING GUEST"? She told me, coz I asked for the bathroom amenities nd blankets? Nd i was surprised with her answer. I asked for the amenities coz there was nothing when we checked in , which infact it should be there. I didnt asked for an extra one i just asked what was inclusive in our booking. Then I asked what about the blanket? Nd to my horror she answered me, "basically we are not placing blanket in the kubo since it is not airconditioned" wow!!! And ofcourse those uncovered nd thin extra beds they just keep 1 pillow each nd ofcourse no blankets. After talking, she asked us to pack our things nd leave with an angy voice, without a single appology. So if u will check in here.. make sure to bring ur things nd be careful with the spreading of CHLORINE in the pool, they do that any...
