What we liked:
• We booked a suite room and a family room.
• The family room came with a kitchen — gas stove, pans, plates, cups, and an electric kettle. It also came with 10 towels.
• The suite room had towels, a pair of toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo.
• Both rooms had TVs with Netflix and YouTube — super helpful since we had kids with us.
• The place has potential and looks great in photos.
• The rooms had direct access to the pool, which was convenient.
• Staff were helpful, attentive, respectful, and friendly.
• Food was okay — just took a long time to be served.

Things they can improve:
Air-conditioning
• Not cold at all. We checked and saw the filter was full of dust and probably hadn’t been cleaned in months.
• We asked for an electric fan, and they gave us one right away.
Water supply
• Water pressure was so weak we couldn’t take proper showers.
• We reported it, and they said one of the water tanks was being fixed. It got a bit better afterward, but still not great.
• The family room has a toilet upstairs that we couldn’t flush — no water. We had to bring water from downstairs just to flush.
Room condition
• Bathrooms looked old and not well-maintained — had stains.
• Some of the furniture was creaky and worn out.
Pool cleanliness
• Pool looked nice but seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
• We saw them put chlorine in at night, but they didn’t change the water. We stayed up til around 3–4 AM, so we noticed.
• I got rashes afterward, probably because I couldn’t shower properly due to the weak water supply.
Final thoughts:
• There was some construction going on at the back — maybe they’re expanding.
• I really hope they clean and maintain the place better. It’s a shame if they don’t, because it honestly is a beautiful spot with a lot...
