Heavenly Resort — Local services in Samal

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We had fun during the day until night came. There were 4 of us girls in the room and we took turns on taking a bath. When it’s my friend’s turn, she noticed a man trying to peek inside the CR. Fortunately, she was quick to shove the guy away using water. We were frightened for the rest of the night as the place is really dark at night and the resort isn’t equipped with CCTVs. We let the night pass before going unto the caretaker of the resort. My friend was able to identify the peeking man as someone who works in the resort, but the caretaker just said it wouldn’t happen again and asked us not to share our experience. This made us really furious because they seemed more concerned about their business than our safety. They dismissed our fears and acted like we were overreacting.It’s like they don’t have plans on acting on it!...

The place was trash. LITERALLY. The establishment (including the water) was covered in a ton of rubbish😭😭 to the point it was unsafe for people to swim in. We had asked for our money. (3,000) But was only able to receive 1,000 back. Very disappointing. I had hoped the images were real but unfortunately not. Its not really heaven more...

The place is okay but we have the worst experience checking in sa middle house nila. At first yung electric fan na pinahiram samin is isa lang for 17 pax and note yung electric fan hindi na hangin yung binubuga, alikabok na. Ng add nlg sila ng electric fan nung nag reklamo na but initially gusto pa mg pa add ng another charge which is pg contact ko sa page, free lang pala. Iba yung nghahandle ng booking and yung nasa receiving area that's why magkaiba sila ng sinasabi. Also yung sa videoke na dapat 1200 lang naging 1400 na kasi sa labas daw nila na rent yun kasi may mga guest na nag extend but di nila kami sinabihan beforehand nabigla nlg kami nung mgbabayad na which is sabi ni ateng tagapamahala first come first serve daw yun. Take note Nov 11 pa ako ng book ng videoke nila kahit pasabi nlg sana na may ganito ganyan di ginawa. Tska yung pinaka worst is yung tska yung floor sink ng cr nila, barado. Nagiging swimming pool yung cr every time na may gagamit. I don't know sa ibang rooms nila but for this one, di talaga...
