The island is very nice and worth going for at least a couple of hours or to spend the day there. I would just want to warn visitors, especially foreigners, that the WORKERS where you buy the boat ticket to go to the island, which is about 10 minute ride, will try to SCAM you. They did that to me. I had the impression the price was too high, I asked for the options and said that that was the only one. If I wanted to see the island it looked like they gave me no option than to pay the foreigner's fee. I paid for the price and they were all laughing calling another boatman that I had got a "special trip". Read moreTulang Diot is an Island in Camotes Island. A small island with an astonishing view of Camotes, a white sand beach and very accommodating local. You can visit the island by taking a motorized banka for five minutes from the mainland for just Php10 only. We stayed here roughly for an hour to chill, roam around the place and take our lunch. Though our stay is very short we had a good time.
The only caveat during our stay was the prices of their food. We paid more but got less. Their prices are affordable, but the serving is horrible. I guess this is one thing that they need to work on to gather...

The people sleeps in the fine sand of the beach and for me it is amazing because that is what we did.
