We immediately fell in love with lakehall despite having seen it only in pictures. Despite knowing its luxurious pricing, we still scheduled an ocular and sure enough we were captivated by the simple yet classy vibe it offers. As a couple leaning towards minimalist wedding, this is truly a perfect choice for us as the venue doesn't really have to be decorated that much. We even decided to have the ceiling as it is, eliminating the cost and headache for ceiling decorations if we opted for a bare/plain venue. As for their service, it was as excellent as how the venue looks. The team was very accomodating right from the start. They really gave their best even going the extra mile by suggesting what they think would make our wedding day better and addressing our concerns at 10 or 11 o'clock in the evening. Really, we just can't put to words how thankful we are for having them play one of the biggest role in our wedding.

Catering: Lakehall Banquet

Lakehall Banquet wasn't really our first choice but with the team's "going the extra mile" kind of service, they managed to make a way for us to participate in one of their food tasting schedules. Despite Lakehall Banquet being relatively new compared to other suppliers, they delivered very well. Their food was also closer to our palates compared to our first choice. Their awesome head chef even accomodated our feedbacks making the menu and dishes customized to our preference. Wedding reception went really smooth and every guest left with full stomachs and satisfied taste buds.

0.5 demerit: Plated service for all is not feasible due to lack of manpower considering lakehall banquet is relatively new. This difference isn't really a deal breaker for us but it would be nice if it was a plated service :) I believe this is something they will be doing soon or may...

I was in corespondence with them via email for weeks before scheduling a venue tour with them last weekend as I wanted to book them for my wedding next year. They confirmed the tour via email along with a list of contact numbers. They took my information including my vehicle plate number. On the scheduled time, we were not allowed by the security guard to enter because they needed confirmation from the staff themselves and NOBODY was responding. I called the number in the confirmation email sent to me but the call was DECLINED. We waited at the guard house for 30mins before we ultimately decided that it is so not worth it to spend about a million pesos for a venue with staff so unprofessional and disrespectful to potential clients. Imagine, they confirmed the tour, took my information including vehicle number but did not arrange it beforehand with the security then did not respond when needed and ultimately declined my call when I was reaching out. I recently visited Lakehall in Sta. Elena, and it was a beautiful experience. The venue is stunning, with a serene lakeside setting surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for events or a peaceful getaway. The architecture is elegant, blending modern design with natural elements, creating a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The service was attentive, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also impressive; we enjoyed a range of well-prepared dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. However, the location is a bit out of the way, which could be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, while the venue is lovely, it may feel a bit pricey for what it offers, especially if you’re on a budget.
