Panam Pangan Island has powdery white sand like of Boracay. The water is prestine and a good place for photoshoot and was dubbed as the longest sand bar in Ph with an approximately 3km creacent shape white sandbar during low tide.

Maybe, the government can come up with a livelihood product out of plastics that they can teach the Badjao to lessen dumping of garbage into the sea. I know this would take a while but starting with a small act on this can change a lot.
