Worst Beach Experience:
Going to the resort does not have signage. Also, Waze and navigation systems will lead you to the wrong entrance. There is no single arrow or instruction that tells the guests where to enter from the highway. There are also no lights on the road from the highway to the beach, it took us 3mins (400m) to reach the resort by the wrong entrance as suggested by waze.
Reception: The guy in-charge at the resort has the most unwelcoming behaviour.
Room Rate: Overprice!!! We check-in at their family room. It is big enough for 10-12 pax. There are two bedrooms with 5 beds in each room (3 single bed and 1 double deck). Its big but no touch of fancy designs or anything that would suggest that it’s near Php10,000 per room. The kitchen has a gas stove but no cooking utensils. All cooking utensils are for rent i.e. Frying pan is for rent for Php600. There is a free water dispenser but there are no glasses or mugs. No plates or spoon and fork and these are not even available at the resort for rent. So suggest you bring your own disposable plates, cups, spoon and fork. There are only 3 electric outlets in this family room. 2 are used for the Fridge and the water dispenser. So you only have 1 outlet to charge your gadgets, etc.
The beds are very basic, pillows and blankets, towels are provided but are of low quality. Doesn’t suggest how pricey the room is.
Location: The resort is quiet as the place itself is not yet commercialise with a lot of establishments of your choice. If you want to buy food and cook in the resort you need to go back to the Glan publick market (7km from the resort).
Beach: The shoreline is full of waste and trashes. The white sand is covered by it.
Restrictions: The resort is not pet friendly. You cannot bring your pet in the resort. They offer a cage without a roof. So if it rains or the sun is up, for sure your pet will suffer from colds or heatstroke.
I will NOT recommend this place until they review their prices, policies and retrain their staff on...
Read moreDear Management of Rosal Beach Resort,
I recently visited your resort in Glan, Sarangani and I would like to share my feedback with you. While the beach itself is quite nice and the views from the tables and chairs are impressive, unfortunately, I encountered a few issues with the facilities during my stay.
Firstly, the bathroom was quite unclean and had a strong odor. The urine flow on the floor was visible and made the area very unhygienic. The canal was also blocked and the stagnant water was unclean. Additionally, the toilet doors were broken, and the locks did not work properly. This lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable for me and I'm sure it would be for other guests as well.
Furthermore, the walls of the cottages had fluid leaking which was quite gross and made the stay unpleasant. I would suggest fixing this issue as soon as possible. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the lighting at the resort which was quite nice.
I hope you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address these concerns. I believe that with the right improvements, Rosal Beach Resort could become a much more enjoyable experience for your guests.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreWe went in this resort last Dec. 31,2017 day time only,,The beach itself has a Boracay feels because of its wide seashore and very fine white sand plus overlooking the tall coconut trees at the top of the mountains nearby the beach. The cottages are nice not the ordinary cottages you know but I think it is expensive (overprice) which is not “Sulit” because it has an incomplete facilities (e.g. sink). And also the guest limit for each people is only 10 persons but the cottage has a wide space to accomodate more than 10 people, we had rented 2 cottages ended up using 1 cottage only. Another thing is they should have a proper cleanliness on the shore of the beach. They have no enough amenities (rides) in the area, ang ganda pa naman mag banana boat kc nga blue green ang water plus malawak ang area masyado. Ang ganda ganda sna ng place kaso undeveloped. Kung madeveloped sana ito gaya ng ibang resort like Dakak and boracay it will promote the place and the province...
