Trabiesa Tagaytay — Local services in Tagaytay

Owners and assistants were very very kind. This place has it all except safety and security. Late at night you can just enter the premises although the gate is closed, you can just open like what we did when the caretaker that night is too long to open the gate. Hate to say this but we lost some money here, someone opened the bag while we were unloading things and had to go to the place next door to do some things. When my husband looked at the cctv, the area where we lost the money is not visible to the camera. The caretaker also told us to sleep in the guest room when we found out next day that we can sleep in the groom's room which is much bigger. From the guest room there's another door connected outside totally invisible to the camera. So, what's the point of the cctv? We didn't receive any help and Reply from the owners....

Owners are very cooperative and generous sharing the parts and areas of Trabiesa to be used by the celebrants, suppliers and guests.

They are lenient in letting us make the event easier to handle. Staff are just around to help out, advise and answer where to and how to do things within the premises. They are appreciative and they worked as a team with their suppliers ( South Country Garden Team).

Getting from the nain road is not easy, be careful as there are a number of holes.

Parking is good - although not sure how much real space they have.

The reception area is well presented and the main event space is well lit with a good atmosphere.

However saying all this the washrooms were terrible in fact I have visited better public toilets in many Malls.
