This area of development by Ayala is the next Fort Bonifacio, Global City. Ayala developments have learned from BGC and will make it better. The access roads will be wider, more parks in between the residential buildings. Commercial zones and BPOs all around. Also, a similar concept Market Market Mall will be there. Pedestrians can walk underground instead of walking across the roads. This will free up the traffic. BE aware of the accessibility here. Easy access to C5 takes you Northward to BGC to Ortigas, SLEX takes you to Edsa, Makati and Southbound Laguna going South Luzon to Batangas. There will be a skyway to NAIA as well as SLEX and from C5 straightshot from/to ARCA. Wow! They are also building the Biggest Bus Terminal! which means if you will need to travel by bus afar, the robust indoor terminal is also right there! There will only be Taxi, private conveyances, and UVexpress...

Soon to be a rival of BGC! I already love the landscapes of Arca, it's so green, clean and so fresh to see. Best time to go there is between 4-7pm. You can go cycling, jogging, play racket sports, or even just sit down on the side. No one will bat an eye. Everyone goes there to unwind or just enjoy their own selves. I always go there to walk and just organize my thoughts when everything is hectic in this city life. I'm so excited to see the future of Arca...

I love this place! I truly believe it could be the next BGC of Taguig City in the coming years. The area is open for everyone, and many locals already enjoy jogging here. It feels safe, spacious, and refreshing—perfect for an early morning or late afternoon walk.
